Open Communication

One of the things that we emphasize at Life Skills Awareness is open communication. The very first step when addressing any issues in your relationship with your significant other is being able to talk to each other about your concerns and anxieties. Even if you might feel uncomfortable or that your issues are small, they should be thoroughly discussed in couples counseling sessions.
