Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program

Recovery Services that Support You and Your Family

Do you or someone you love suffer from drug or alcohol addiction? Addiction comes in all forms including addiction to drugs like Meth, Cocaine, Heroin, Spice, Alcohol, or prescription medications. With Life Skills Awareness, our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient program is free of charge and open to adults age 18 and up.

In partnership with the San Bernardino County Public Health Department, Life Skills Awareness is offering a FREE Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program. We offer three to 12-months of outpatient services that include individual, group, and family counseling. Relapse prevention and recovery services are structured based on the need of the client/patient. Please call the office to see if you qualify for this program.
